First things first, let's talk about adulthood.
This site is designed for and intended for use by adults who are 18 and up. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian, who then resumes responsibility for your activities here. If you are a parent or legal guardian, please supervise the use of this website by anyone under your care. We're happy that you agree to be responsible for minors' use of this website.
We provide this website and content only for personal, noncommercial use, unless you are a parent or legal guardian using the website for your minor child or dependent.
Privacy Policy
That brings us to the matter of your privacy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Except as described in this policy, we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
If you provide us feedback electronically, you own this content, and you give us license to use this content as we see fit, as a testimonial or other means in perpetuity. We thank you for that.
If you sign up for email notices from us, remember you always have the option to opt out anytime. Please allow a few days for this to be in full effect, just in case we have something already scheduled to send to you.

Warranty
Two things you should know:
- Should your Dynamikos brand eyewear become damaged, we will replace your eyewear at a discounted rate (subject to availability).
- If a manufacturing defect arises within the first year, upon verification, we will replace the defective eyewear free of cost.
All warranty replacements are subject to a return shipping cost. Please email us at warranty@dynamikosbrand.com with your warranty claim, including a description, photos of the damage, and proof of purchase (your receipt).
Returns for Discounted Products
Need to make a return? See our help page for instructions. If the product was purchased at a discounted rate, please note that it may or may not be eligible for return. Here's the policy:
- 20% or less discount: eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE.
- 20%-40% discount: eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.
- 40% or more discount: FINAL SALE. Not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-Orders
Because our products are handmade, some frames are available for pre-order purchase only. To secure your place in line for these frames and guarantee shipment upon the release of product, you'll need to pay in advance. Wait times are dependent on frame style and order date. The wait will be worth it!
Price Adjustments
Dynamikos honors one-time price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within the five-day returns window. That's only fair.
Items purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or during any other promotional period are not eligible for a price adjustment. To receive the adjustment, send your receipt to warranty@dynamikosbrand.com.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped defective items. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. If we could make them go faster, we would!
